Wheat Grinder I Use

This is the Wheat Grinder I just purchased. It is a NutriMill. I really like it. I have had 2 others, and this, by far, is the easiest to use and clean. You will find them on-line at most any place selling Wheat Grinders. The prices may look like a wide range, however, once you pay for shipping, they are all within pennies of each other. The shipping price variations seem to make the actual price of the Grinder change drastically from one vendor to another.

I absolutely cannot believe I am promoting a Wheat Grinder. My mother would grind wheat at 5-6 am while we were all sleeping. I swore I would NEVER grind wheat or any other grain, let alone OWN a Wheat Grinder. And bake my own bread... well that would never happen... I would always give my family yummy WHITE store bought bread... Yup that is what I PLANNED... Interesting how plans change....Thank Goodness... I still like white flour for some things. Not a convert across the board. Pastries, like cinnamon rolls, etc. I still like with King Arthur White Bread flour. And Cookies.... well, they just need white flour... they are COOKIES!!!
