I looked on-line and in all my regular "go-to" shopping spots. Dillards ended up being "the spot" for these green and white seer-sucker dresses.
I recognize that the days of "matchy-matchy-matchy" are numbered.
When my boys were little, they did not complain about the "matchy-matchy-matchy" until the oldest, Curt, was about 12 and we were headed to Disney. Their first question was , "Do we have to wear matching shirts?" Not, "Which attractions are we going to visit?" I got the message. I did explain that at a large public place, the "matchy-matchy-matchy" started as a safety precaution. It was easy to show a security person one of the children still with me if I was missing a child and say, "He is dressed just like this!"
I must confess, after dressing THREE boys for sixteen years, dressing TWO little girls is totally fun!!!!!

darling dresses, love the hair!
You have witnessed more than your share of matchy matchy matchy over the decades!!!
And they are both so totally cute! They just look darling. I agree with you about the teen thing as well. That drives me nuts and the fact that my little c wears about a size 1 shoe and they are all heels, give me a break!
soph said she likes those dresses, now if only i had seen these weeks ago, you always find great stuff at Dillard's.
