Happy Anniversary

Happy Anniversary, Curt and Carmen!
Tomorrow, May 12, marks the first wedding anniversary of my son, Curt to Carmen, my daughter-in-law. They were married in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. The marriage and sealing was performed by my dad, Curt's Grandpa.
It was a beautiful experience. There are not enough words to express how proud I am of Curt and the choices he has made. Being his mother is a blessing. Curt was a delight to raise and continues to bring joy to my life at every turn.
His life has been a series of wise choices, focus, and dedication. He brings these fine qualities to his marriage to Carmen, who is a perfect compliment for him. She has been focused and steadfast in the choices she makes. Wonderful people!
They both graduated from Brigham Young University in May 2006 and married a few weeks later.
They are an example of goal setting, making and keeping all covenants, and staying focused on each other.
Recently, they purchased their first home. I am so excited to see it. Carmen, the builder, has many plans for their home. Their future
is bright and full of hope and promise.

Last year just before my brother Steve was married, Mo and Jenni and 1-4 were in town and Curt came up to Hires to have dinner with us. We all love Curt and had a great time visiting with him that night! He fits right in with our group. We would love to meet Carmen some time! :)
