Happy Birthday, Cindy J! An incredible person and friend. Kind, sweet, and a friend to all. You haven't lived until you sample her homemade whole wheat bread (a sample is not enough--you will want to eat an entire loaf). She has made bread making an art. Cindy is moving to Utah this weekend. I wish her all the best on her new adventure. She is an example of being positive when everything around her is falling apart.
