On The Way to The Fourth on Flagler Fireworks..
We had steady and sometimes heavy rain all afternoon on 4th of July. The rains almost kept us from heading downtown to see the spectacular fireworks show. The rain slowed to a very small drizzle and by show time, we were settled in with no rain. There was a cool ocean breeze with low humidity and cool temperatures.We were right on the water with nearly perfect conditions. The rain threat kept the size of the crowd down also.
