Homecoming

Fall Is In The Air....Somewhere....
Living in South Florida, sometimes the decorations are the only reminder that somewhere, someplace, there is a change of season. With each season, I go all out (OK, maybe even overboard) to decorate and welcome the change, even if I do not see it in the nature around me.
Today, I decided to welcome fall. Yes, I know it is early, however, setting up my fall decorations adds to the already exciting week I am anticipating. Fall brings Homecomings and this week is Homecoming Week at my house. With the exception of Andrew, all of our children will be home along with my parents. While everyone is home, Megan, will be Baptized. It will be an exciting fall Homecoming for my family! To make it feel even more like fall..... College Football starts Saturday. Go Gators! There are those in my family (more than one person) who will tell you that college football, specifically Gator Football is THE start of fall.
On a side note, I get to see fall up close and in person this year as I travel to Utah in October. It is always exciting to experience fall in person and then come home to stay warm. After 27 years in paradise, I am a wimp about the cold for any prolonged period of time. Nice to visit and nice to leave. Visiting the seasons satisfies my need to experience them.

I love to see the change of the seasons too. Utah is a beautiful place to see the beauty of all the seasons. Please post photos of your fall decorations!!
