Wall Of Fame

Jeffrey's Apartment Decor
Did I raise him to be an Interior Designer?
No Boring White Walls here! He knows how to make his house a home!!!
This Sports Wall of Fame was designed and created by Jeffrey for his College Bachelor Apartment. He lined an entire wall of his Dining Room with White Butcher paper and then, over many many months, using an exact-o knife and a cutting board, he meticulously cropped photos from every sport periodical that came into his hands. It is amazing!!!! Truly amazing. One of those works of art that has to be seen in person to appreciate.
Most moms cannot brag about their son's Bachelor apartments. This is definitely brag-worthy.
We enjoyed an apartment tour after Thanksgiving Dinner. It is great to see your children living away from home, keeping house, living well, choosing great roommates and friends, serving in Church callings, etc.
Uncle Brent got to inspect Jeffrey's apartment and the Sports Wall of Fame. Later, Brent spent the night and did some additional inspecting of the apartment which led him to do some deep cleaning for these Bachelors. From one bachelor to another.... he knew exactly what that apartment needed. Their bathrooms have never been so clean as when Brent left them! All that Boy Scout training.... leave a place cleaner than you found it....continues to be practiced by Brent.
The Sports Wall of Fame and Creator, Jeffrey.
Jeffrey took his passion and turned it in to a functional work of art. No boring white walls for this Bachelor Apartment! And the fact that it is mounted on White Paper..... it is transportable!!!! I know what the wallpaper in Jeffrey and Alison's first apartment will look like!

When I was 13 I covered my bedroom wall with pictures of the Monkees that I cut out of "Tiger Beat" magazine. Much to my father's dismay I wasn't the interior decorator Jeffrey is...I stuck the pictures on the painted wall with freshly chewed gum. Eeewww!!
