President Gordon B Hinkley
Passed Away
This Sunday Evening around 7pm MST
at age 97 surrounded by his family.
I love this man. I will miss his wisdom, counsel, wit, energy, and example of Pure Christ Like love and service.

I'm not sure if you wanted your readers to share their favorite memory of Hinckley here or not but I have one to share. When I lived in Hawaii Hinckley and his wife came to a groudbreaking ceremony for the renovations of the Temple and I was able to see him as close as I would ever get. He was to happy and making little jokes here and there, it was nice to know that even the prophet isn't always serious. Life's too short to be serious all the time, we need to have fun too. He spoke a few simple words, yet the spirit was so strong. I always knew he was a prophet but in that moment the spirit touched me so strongly there was no doubt in my mind that he was here to guide our church. He is our beloved prophet! He will be greatly missed.
We surely loved him.
