If you don't want to eat your meal backwards, how about breakfast for dinner or dinner for breakfast?
Just do something out of the ordinary and have fun! After all, you will have to wait 4 more years to celebrate again!
I am planning to make a big Belgian Waffle Dinner and Some sort of salad for breakfast..maybe Frog Eye Salad!

It was just the two of us for Leap Day. We didn't really celebrate although, today, NY is very sick in bed and he requested chicken broth for breakfast. Does it count two days late?!?
