I Am So Predictable...
Well Sometimes...In Some Areas...
Every Sunday, you can find me at the SAME place... Church,SAME time... we are the only Ward meeting in our building, and even in the SAME seat... creature of habit. (doesn't every ward have assigned seats???)
This made it easy for a surprise when I walked in to Church yesterday...
My Mom and Dad were there in the chapel. My mom was greeting everyone and it seemed so natural to have her there. They drove down from Orlando to hear ANDREW speak in Sacrament Meeting yesterday.
It was great to have them here and great to hear Andrew speak.
Sometimes I still cannot believe he is home and as old as he is!
Note Andrew's new haircut. He was is sticker price shock as he left Super Cuts. The price before his mission was $7, this buzz cut cost $12 and in his words, he did not even get a candy bar or soda like they give out in Peru when you get your haircut.
I told Andrew that yesterday was a "PAYDAY"....meaning all 3 of my sons have worthily served missions and are home safely. All the years of attending church and every activity, homework, sports, music lessons, family vacations, teaching, training, loving, supporting, and, at times, holding my breath, are paying off....and.... I am alive to tell about it all!!!
Here are Katherine and Grandma on the front porch before we headed inside for lunch....
Mom and Me out front in the bright sun.
After Lunch, we went next door for the Birthday Bash of our neighbor's little boy, Carter. They adopted him last year when he was born.
Yes, this is Linda and Harvey.... the MOM and DAD!
They have grown children...my age... and now they have adopted little Carter.
It makes me tired to think about the energy they need to keep up. Next year when they come down, a nanny will be in the picture, I am certain.
Katherine and Linda
We love Winter when Linda his here from Canada.
Things get very quiet when she leaves for the summer.
We did what we do best on Sunday Evening....
Game Time!!!
A spirited round of Phase 10!
This photo shows how Ron is melting.... The boy is looking great!!!!!

More Phase 10!!!!! We played all the way through.
The girls had to get up for school this morning after a nice Spring Break. We did not do very much which is what made it nice..
Now it is back to house cleaning and laundry time PLUS the ever important....
Exercise, Exercise, Exercise!!!!!
I hurt my knee in Utah (running to General Conference in High Heels) so this past week I had to nurse it back to health. I am back in the exercise saddle!
Tonight, I start my Adobe Photoshop Elements Class at Wellington High School The look of this blog should change as a result of my new found tech-skills. It does not take much for me to acquire new tech skills... one small thing learned and bam....I feel like a genius..at least until I realize how much I don't know.

how come andrew is not naked?
You should tell Andrew that if he goes the barber in Ann Arbor near campus, they offer you beer while you get your haircut. They also have pool tables for you while you wait. No, I haven't gotten my hair cut there, but I have seen for myself that this is true!
