I must say, it is simply one of my new favorites.

This is one of those books you want to have with you at
restaurants, grocery stores, in your car, etc.
It has made me re-think some of the things I thought were healthy eating choices.

I won the incredible Photo Note Cards (trust me...buy them!!!).
Not only are these cards amazing, they come packed so beautifully and professionally.
The labels, tags, and wrapping are as beautiful as the product inside!!!
Then the day of Alison's Shower, a package came for her.
It was a set of a Monogrammed Linen Dinner Napkins!!!
Oh, my!!! They are gorgeous!!! And once again, the presentation is amazing!!!!

This is a great giveaway. I would pick Eat This Not That because I am working on the healthy lifestyle and could use some advice.

I saw the first book at the library a few months ago. One of my favorite foods from Applebee's was on the Not That list. So sad, good thing there are very few Applebee's around here. The librarians and I had a good time going through it! They commented on this book on Yahoo the other day too. I was amazed that a egg, ham, and cheese on a English muffin was better than a bagel with cream cheese. Who would have thought that was possible?
Hey...dinner napkins, not hand towels...
