Netflix

Netflix....A New Frontier
Am I the last person on the planet to discover how
incredible Netflix is!
The ads, the conversations, recommendations,etc.
must have just flown over my head.
After visiting the Netflix site for a few minutes, I was SOLD.
Signed, Sealed, and Delivered, literally! What an amazing way to rent movies.
I am not one to head out to a theater or a Movie Rental location with much
regularity. Between the cost of a movie and the fact that there are just not
many great movies to pull me in to a theater, I just don't see a lot of movies.
Netflix is well on the way to changing that!
  • No more pacing the aisles of the DVD Rental Store without a clue what to rent or being disappointed when what I originally went for is OUT.
  • Hooray for having access to pretty much every movie ever made.
  • Hooray for the movies being mailed to my doorstep with a prepaid return envelope that I put in my mailbox...no driving required for me!
  • Hooray for No Late fees...keep them as long as you would like
  • Hooray for an incredibly quick turnaround. We mailed our first 3 movies back on Saturday and got 3 more yesterday, Tuesday!
  • Hooray for being able to have my own personal movie list and recommendations over and over.
  • Hooray for efficient Customer Service and a user friendly Web Site.
  • Hooray...we will be watching many movie classics from days gone by. I am introducing my girls to movies their brothers enjoyed a decade ago and movies I enjoyed well over a decade ago.
  • Hooray for one price per month regardless of how many movies I rent! Yes!

Are you a Netflix Customer? Do you just love the Convenience, Service and Availability?

Yes, you are the last! ;) just kidding. I love Netflix, and because I don't have a lot of free time, the $8 plan is perfect for me. The turn around time is so fast that I do about 8 movies per month even with only the 1 at a time plan.

We have been using Netflix for 2 years, or we were using netflix and we LOVED it!! It was the first thing we decided to get rid of to cut expenses and save more money.
When N is about 3 or 4 and we start allowing him to watch TV, then we will get Netflix again so he can have movies to watch.
