What Can I Say.... He is MY Son... There is definitely

a shoe thing going on....

Note the floor...dark in the background and lighter in the front. When we moved in to this house, the floor was so black and dirty. Each day (while pregnant with Jeffrey), I would spend time on my hands and knees cleaning and scrubbing a section at a time until it was sparkling clean again. I put a few coats of floor wax on it and had to maintain it often. After this high maintenance floor....thank goodness for ceramic tile!

Oh yes... MORE Shoes....High Heels Were Always A Hit

Note, we had our priorities in line back in the day... The JCPenney
bag made it in the photo! I am not sure what I was most excited to do without...the linoleum kitchen floor or the 70's green shag carpet. Eventually, we replaced the green carpet with a light brown.
