Stitched With Loved

Stitched With Love
When Jeffrey (now 25) was a Sunbeam (22years ago), his teacher, Dawn Brown, Cross-Stitched and framed this "Jesus Wants Me For A Sunbeam" Dawn was an incredible influence on so many children while she lived here in the West Palm Beach area and it continues today, even with those who have never met her..... For years, it has hung in the Sunbeam Classroom to welcome the children each week. Recently, I Walked in to the Wellington Ward Primary Room and I saw her Cross Stitch Creation hanging on the wall. It brought asmile to my face and I was able to reminisce about so many many fun times in Primary over the years. Dawn and so many others were included in my thoughts.
Along with the above Cross Stitch creation, Dawn made a Cross Stitch Creation for each child in her class of the first letter of their first name. I still have Jeffrey's red "J" framed in a red frame.
I wish I knew where Dawn was to tell her how much I love and appreciate her.
Many times, we don't realize the impact we are having on others at the time we serve. Many small and simple acts influence those we serve for years to come, even eternity.
I am so grateful for all those who serve me and my family with all their hearts. I need to express it more.
Thank someone who has influenced YOU or Your children.
Did someone long ago have a huge impact on you and the choices you have made?
I would not be living the life I live without the loving influence of Primary and Young Women Leaders over the years. Thank you to my parents for placing me in their paths!
