Hanging Of The Green

Deck The House...
Inside and Out
Christmas is in Full Swing at our house.
The house is decorated inside and out.
The lights are hung (inside and out) and the wreath is in place,
thanks to Megan and Ron.
Every year at Christmas-Light-Time, I miss the days of
teenage boys and their friends.
(Then I see my lowered grocery bill and I realize I will survive.)
Megan has stepped up to the plate, though.
If I could figure out how to not blow circuits, I would be in competition with Clark Griswold as far as the number of lights on my house. I have a huge tub of lights just itching to be wrapped around the base of a Palm Tree. I need Ben, Curt, and Jeffrey to stop in to help me with the engineering fete!
The Lights and Decorations were completed Saturday,
then we hit the ground running with entertaining.
Sunday, we had our neighbors over for dinner and
last night we hosted the Activity Day Girls from Church
for a Gingerbread/Christmas Craft Party.
(more on that later..I have to get some work done this morning, before I hit the salon for an overhaul...nails, hair, etc....tonight is the first of the "Going Out On The Town Having To Look Like A Million Bucks Parties" for us)
Having my decorations up always makes me want to host a party!
Oh....and it actually FEELS LIKE CHRISTMAS here in South Florida....
it is CRISP and COLD!
Cocoa and Hot Cider Weather!!!!
