This Morning...I NEEDED to wear my fur-lined hooded jacket AND I used the HEATED SEATS in my car on the way to school.
We have a few days of COLD Winter every year and this was our lucky day. I Love Cold Days in Florida because I know they don't stay around very long. I LOVE winter clothing much more than summer clothing. I LOVE curling up in blankets to sleep. Oh, and sipping Cocoa and Hot Cider...It is all such a novelty to me. None of this ever gets old because it is only for a few days per year.
In reality, I am miserable in COLD weather and do not do well when I travel to any point north during the Winter, Fall, and sometimes Spring months. I always hesitate to express in writing how much I DO NOT like COLD weather as I feel it is a sure guarantee that Ron and I will serve a mission in Siberia in our golden years.
If it is COLD here in Sunny South Florida, I cannot even imagine how cold it is where Winter lasts for months and months.
Something else I never tire of....TACO SOUP on a cold day (or a semi-cold day)!

I love the cold days of winter. This morning we had ice on our car windshield and frost on the yard. Where's the snow? Bring it on! Do you remember when it snowed in...was it 1976, 1977? I know it was while Norm was on his mission (l975-l977).
