Priceless Visits

While Katherine and I were in Utah, I made sure we got to see My Uncle Bill, Aunt Mary, Uncle Lawrence, and Cousin, Darlene. These visits are so good for me. As time rolls on, I know that these visits are numbered.

It did not even matter to me that we ate at Chuck a Rama...

I was just happy to be with people who are dear to me.

Me with Darlene and Uncle Lawrence. He lives in Ogden with his son, my cousin Lynn. I am simply amazed at how sharp Uncle Lawrence's mind is. His body is failing, yet he makes an effort to keep his mind sharp and stimulated every day. His eyesight is shot, his hearing is worse and worse, yet he does not use that as an excuse. He orders recorded books from the local library and has a machine that will magnify written words and pictures to a size he can see.
