On An Airplane

Just in case you are on a flight with a screaming child(ren), remember this....
The mother/father who is holding the screaming child wants the child to
STOP screaming MANY MORE TIMES than YOU do...really...
MANY MANY MANY MORE TIMES. Trust me.

Been there, done that....and lived to tell about it...
a screaming child from Take Off to Landing and every minute in between...
All the usual solutions did not help.
The two worst times:
1) My niece screaming from West Palm Beach to Newark while in my care.
Later we would learn she had major problems with her ears (no kidding).
2) Taking a "Red-Eye" from LA to West Palm Beach with Katherine who wanted to "visit" with every passenger who was trying to sleep.....she fell asleep as we landed....That was the LAST "Red-Eye" I attempted with a child of ANY age.

Next time you give "the look" to a mother/father with a screaming child..remember...she wants it to stop MORE than you do.,MUCH MORE.
