Rather than KNEEL in prayer BEFORE I hit the ground running, there are times I have to be hit by life to be reminded to pray..in any position...any location.
Days go much better when I KNEEL in sincere prayer...yet, I still forget, at times.
Yes, praying at some point during the day, be it on the run, in the car, an elevator, and yes, even a restroom stall (admit it...you HAVE prayed there) is better than NOT praying at all (I am not beating myself up over this, as it may sound). Many days, I pray in random locations in addition to KNEELING in prayer morning and night. Some days just require more prayer.
However, this morning, I was reminded that KNEELING in prayer is a blessing physically as well as spiritually. Click HERE.... I think you will agree.

Lovely! I pray in the shower, in the car, while walking, wherever. But kneeling is different.
