A Prize Goes To

The First Person Who Can Give Me The Recipe For....
Ifs, Ands & Nuts Cookies
(If's And's & Nut's is how it is written on the label)
Found in Salt Lake City
HERE....

AND HERE...

And Sometimes at Deseret Book at the check out counter along with the Utah Truffles

Each time I am in Salt Lake City, I ask the workers at Nauvoo Cafe in the Joseph Smith Building if they know where I can get the recipe. We talk about the ingredients, the flavors, etc. and then it is always suggested that I go to The Lion House for further investigation. With hope, I head to The Lion House and ask for the recipe......still....after two years...same result...no one seems to have the recipe for me. The cookies are THAT GOOD. The cookie dough has a light Peanut Butter taste and there are large Chocolate Chips and Whole Peanuts added to the dough along with....a few other goodies, of which I am trying to nail down for certain. I KNOW THE RECIPE IS OUT THERE...help me find it! After all, every time I visit The Nauvoo Cafe...there they are...waiting for me. SOMEONE, SOMEWHERE in Salt Lake Valley had to bake them.

Seriously....I WANT this recipe. Any ideas????? Don't tell me to Google it...I HAVE. Now... granted...I may not be the slickest Googler in town, but I have definitely done my homework in person...on location

Yes....3 of these delicious LARGE Cookies rode home with me from Salt Lake last night! And...yes...ONE is still waiting to be devoured.

Have you ever searched for just the right recipe? Did it make you crazy? I hope I am not disappointed when I finally have it and make them on my own, although something tells me the hunt is worth it! HELP!

They sound delicious.

I have searched everywhere for a recipe for my favorite salad dressing in the world, and have NEVER found it. Someone makes the house vinaigrette dressing at Outback. Who do I have to kill to get a recipe? I've been trying to find out for years and years.

I tried to find the recipe for Doubletree Hotel's chocolate chip cookies, found a recipe that claimed to be it, but I made it and was very disappointed. Hope you find the recipe, I've never had the cookie, but I can commiserate.
