For Karen, on Fathers Day

Our Fathers are Brothers, making Karen my Dear Cousin. Like me, she did not grow up living in the same town as our Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, and numerous cousins. We visited Utah in the summer and renewed our friendships each opportunity we had over the years. As adults, we know, with very few words spoken, that we have a deep love and respect for each other. MIles dont change the depth of feelings we have for each other.
On Fathers Day, Karen, know that although your dad is not physically with you on earth, he is with you every day. You were born of amazing parents and were blessed to have them as your parents on this earth; you will see them again. It will be a sweet reunion, one full of love and joy. As you and Stephanie continue to live the wonderful lives you do, know that your parents, and the rest of your family (me and the entire crew), are so proud of you.
Enjoy these PRECIOUS photos and know that if I could, I would hop in the car and drive from Florida to Oklahoma just to HUG YOU!
