Our lively game of Phase 10 had just started, when it was time to dig in to the Larger-Than-Life Sugar Daddy. My dad has a unique method for eating a Sugar Daddy. For as long as I can remember, I would see him hold the Candy in one hand while still in the wrapper, in the other hand, he would use the handle of a knife to strike the candy until it was broken into bite sized bits. Dad tried his usual method on this hunk of candy with no luck....the handle of a kitchen knife was no match for this Candy on Steroids. 
A few whacks and he was off to try another method.
Make no mistake...this was a serious knife for a serious-sized job. 
Soon, we were all munching on bite-sized pieces of this humongous Sugar Daddy Candy.
