Wating For Superman

After watching Oprah today, I know I want to see this film... What I don't know is how my activist heart will react. The Parent, Community Leader, Activist, etc. in me has a difficult time staying still or silent when it comes to the need for education reform in our Public Schools.

I feel blessed to have my children in the excellent schools they are in and that they are with the teachers they have, however, this is not what every parent in  my County School District can say. Every District needs an advocate like Michelle Rhee, Chancellor of Schools for Washington DC.
