A Keeper

I tend to avoid making Pork Chops as they are usually dry. Today, that all changed.
I found this recipe on Pinterest and it is keeper:

Ranch House Pork Chops
4 Medium Size Pork Chops (1/2" thick)
1 Envelope Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup

Put this all in the Crock Pot on High for 6-8 Hours! 
Serve with Potatoes. Spoon the gravy over the potatoes.
This is seriously delicious!

I used the thick Pork Chops from Costco. There were 9 Pork Chops, so I used 2 Envelopes of Ranch Dressing and 3 Cans of Cream of Chicken Soup.
