Swedish Meatballs
The making of the meatballs has become a Katherine's Christmas eve project each year.
This year, she prepared and rolled 350 meatballs.
Tomorrow evening, Andrew arrives..the meatballs will be gone by Saturday.
We had 16 people for dinner last night and will have enough for one meal
when Brent, Andrew, and my parents arrive.
