GAP Goodness...

Follow up to previous post, In The Bag.

Yesterday, I went to the GAP where Katherine made her ill-fated purchase last Saturday, I was just making a purchase with my AmEx, and did not mention the stolen bag, as the person helping me was not familiar to me.

When he looked at the name on my credit card, he said, "Are you the person with the stolen bags?"

I answered, Yes, and he said he recognized my name as they had it posted at all the GAP stores in the area with a description on my missing merchandise. (Wow)

He said he had been meaning to call me and tell me that he wanted to replace the items that Katherine purchased with her own money and Gift Card. So nice!!!

He told me to go get the dress while they still have it in stock in her size. He wrapped it up and sent me on my way.... gratis !!!!

Yes, there are still good people in this world and great customer service.. even in Palm Beach County... not known for stellar customer service... but that is another post! Hooray for The GAP!
