Rain Boots

Gymboree...New Rain Gear
If these boots from Gymboree came in my size..... yes... I would totally wear them! There is a matching Rain Coat, also.
When I went to Gymboree to return a few items yesterday, these boots were calling my name from the wall. They are much cuter than this photo will show.
If Megan's size is left when they are a fabulous clearance price (which always happens)..... I will get a pair for her. It does not rain enough here to justify a pair of rain boots...especially full price, which I do not pay. One of my mottos: never pay retail at a mall. In case you have not noticed... the sales are fabulous at the big box department stores and most every other store... it is almost difficult to find something not on sale in some form or another. I love clearance sales in July/August and January/February. I will keep my eye on these boots!
On a Gymboree side note.... Katherine's days of being able to wear Gymboree are coming to a screeching halt. For two reasons: She is out growing the clothing and she is growing up and out of the styles. It will be a sad day when no one in my house fits the Gymboree clothing.

I'm amazed you made it this long. Since B started Kindergarten, I've pretty much stopped buying things for her there altogether. The style is just "too babyish" for her. The only things I can still buy there for her and even J are the more simple styles. They have had a tendency in the past 12-18 months to "over do" the ornamentation on their clothing, making it gaudy looking. I've noticed it's been getting better lately. Maybe I'll be able to shop there more now. I used to get tons. All on clearance and during gymbuck earning or redemption periods, of course.

Gymboree...Grandchildren! Grandchildren...Gymboree! I too love Gymboree however most my purchases are NWT or NWOT on eBay. I find if I do happen to shop in the store I pay more because I have gone in for something specific that I need "now". I'm also a push over when it comes to buying for the grandbabies.
