Christmas Reading Book Basket

Christmas Reading Basket
In years past, with the books on the shelves and in several areas of the house, we may have gone the entire Christmas Season without reading some of our Christmas favorites. With the books all in one location, they are not overlooked.
To ensure full enjoyment, all of our Christmas Books are kept in a Book Basket (you can use any decorative or functional container) and placed in a prominent location in the Family Room.
We read them over and over, enjoying every detail.
During the year, I store the Christmas Books so their appearance in December is exciting!
When the Christmas decorations come out, so do the Christmas Books.
Over the years, our collection of Christmas Books has grown. We never tire of reading the Christmas Classics and introducing a new book or two each year.
Some of my favorite books are centered around Christmas!
Other ways to use a Book Basket (or any other container):
  • Keep Your Library Books all in one place. No running around the house to collect them.
  • For any holiday or season, fill a basket with books pertaining to that theme.
  • For Birthdays, fill a basket with the child's favorite books, or books about something that the child is interested in (dinosaurs, dogs, etc.)
