Time Out For Women
As you are planning this upcoming year, include a Time Out For Women weekend. Check to see the locations and dates available, call a friend or two or three and plan to have an all out incredible weekend. Your spirit, mind, and body will be refreshed. Your cup will be overflowing. Every minute spent at the Time Out is time well spent. Whether you go alone, with a friend, or with a group, you will return home with a fully charged battery.
Pick a city you have always wanted to visit and meet a long time friend there (I did this with BYU Women's Conference a few years ago......a wonderful way to renew an old friendship) If you have sisters, mothers, cousins, etc., this is a great Girls Family Reunion activity! Make a weekend of it. Share a hotel, stay up at night and laugh, cry, eat snacks, and talk. If long distance travel is not possible this year, find the closest city and carpool. You deserve this investment.
I have attended several Time Out For Women Conferences and BYU Women's Conference. I prefer Time Out For Women over the walking from building to building and waiting in ridiculous lines at BYU Women's Conference (although there are many things I love about BYU Women's Conference). When compared to any other Conference or program, Time Out and BYU Women's Conference are absolute bargains. The cost is a fraction of the cost for similar programs offered to other Christian Women's Organizations.
Time Out For Women is presented by LDS owned Deseret Book Company. The messages are suitable for any woman, LDS or not, married, single, young, not so young, etc. A few locations are lucky enough to have Time Out For Couples and Time Out For Teens.
Go to the site now and make plans to recharge your spirit in 2008!

Where and when are you going? Believe it or not, people here just don't seem interested.
I LOVE Time Out for Women! Unfortunately I've only been once, back in 2003 I believe. Have so much fun wherever you go for the conference this year!
