Primary Campaign Weekend

My Campaign Weekend Children...
Last weekend, I had the delightful experience of hosting 10 Mitt Romney Campaign Volunteers in my home.
They came from all over Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, North Carolina, Indiana, The Washington DC area, and a few other places (sorry, guys, I am not remembering at this moment).
Most of them have experience working on Capitol Hill in some capacity, or attending school in The DC area. They all have a passion for politics and making sure America's future is bright. They come from diverse backgrounds and I had never met one of them until last weekend when I turned my house in to a Dormitory!
They were of all different faiths and backgrounds which made getting to know them so interesting.
Try watching "The State of The Union" address, as I did, with these incredibly smart young people. They knew everyone in the audience and many facts about each person and Capitol Hill events.
Here I am with all of my children....
We decided this would be our "Christmas Card" photo for 2008. This was taken next to the Romney Campaign Headquarters during one of their very few breaks.
This is one of the many awesome Banyan trees located all over South Florida. Their root system wreaks havoc with plumbing and building foundations, but I still just love these trees!
This was taken during that same break. It was great to hear all the cars honk as they drove by. Considering all the dirty politics pulled by the McCain camp at the zero hour, Mitt Romney did very well in The Florida Primary.
Primary Day!
They were enjoying wearing shorts and flip flops before heading to all points COLD up north!
Good Luck to each of you... America is in great hands with young people like you in line to lead and shape the future!
