Makeover

Seeing the exciting before and after transformation of our house being painted has been such a boost to me in very unexpected ways. I have had the opportunity to reflect on transformations and makeovers that have occurred in my life that are not always visible or obvious. They are the makeovers of the heart and spirit...the ones that really count. The makeovers that can be felt deep in one's heart and soul and pay eternal dividends. I am thankful for this new paint job, and the new look. I am also thankful for the opportunities I have had to reflect on makeovers of the past and transformations I continue to need for my heart and spirit. I could not have guessed that having my house painted would provide the opportunity for such introspection.

The House Painting Is Complete!!!
Before.... (No, this is not an Easter Post)
AFTER....
Ron and Andrew hung the new front lights on Saturday. When I saw them in the store, I really liked them, when I saw them hung on the house...I LOVED them!!!!
A closer look. If you are wondering.... Home Depot!
This was such a fun project to watch come together. Choosing the colors and seeing them all look great together was so exciting!
Our painters were excellent. They were neat and so careful with detail. The trim and cutting in work is exceptional. Very little clean up on our part. Just a few little places on the front door windows.
Next..... sealing the pavers on the driveway.
