Carmel Apples, Ghostbusters, and Family Home Evening

Caramel Apple Wraps
Fall....Apples...CARAMEL Apples...
They go together! Last night, for Family
Home Evening, this was our treat.
Our first Caramel Apples of the season!
This the the perfect way to make a Caramel
Apple. Minimal mess and Maximum Taste.
We ate Caramel Apples and introduced the
girls to a classic 80's movie...."Ghostbusters". OK, I know it is
not a classic, but was a huge part of 80's pop culture. Today
is a NO SCHOOL day due to Rosh Hashannah, making last
night ideal for a Family Movie Bash.
Speaking of Family Home Evening.... Ron gave a great
lesson last night. The October Friend Magazine has an
article on the Five Parts of a Testimony using a glove....
every child, teen, and adult needs this refresher from
time to time. We all made our own gloves and presented
our testimonies to each other. Great night....
now, if the rain will stop, we are off to the beach. There should be
a rule...NO rain on days off from school!!!
Have you ever used these Caramel Apple Wraps?
They are so darn easy and deeelish!
Do you remember Ghostbusters?
So silly...
Do you have a Family Home Evening Suggestion?
Share...
Are your kids out of school for the Jewish Holiday today?
If so...what are you doing?
