Feliz Cumpleanos, Sandra!

Friday night, we celebrated Sandra Salcedo's Birthday at

IHOP. Thanks to Patty arranging this fun celebration!

Funny thing.....Sandra's actual Birthday was Wednesday, October 1,

so guess who shows up at an empty IHOP on Wednesday

Night? Yep- Ron, Me, Katherine, and Megan. All dressed up

and excited to eat Breakfast for Dinner....

We called Patty and Nohemi to ask where everyone was....

So.... guess who stayed to have Breakfast for Dinner?

That would be....Us.

The place was empty and we felt a little guilty just walking out.

Katherine and Megan were two darn excited little girls.

We rarely go out on school nights...especially out to dinner.

They LOVED every bite of their Breakfast for Dinner.

As for me....twice in one week at IHOP...unheard of.

Although, I did have an incredible Spinach Mushroom Omelet.

Let it be understood.... I LOVE this woman.

Sandra is amazing. She is simply amazing! She has raised

two sons alone and is now abuela (grandma) to two adorable

granddaughters, Aaron's little girls.

Ron, Edwin, Me, Aaron, and his two beautiful daughters....

They are so blessed to have him as their daddy.

I got the memo....Wear Read....ha! I had to get in between

are asked if they are twins or sisters...
