How long do you think it will take? At 2pm today, the re-filling began.
I know it will be longer than 24 hours....
Say good-bye to the "skate park" in our backyard...the pool is back!
Megan had to hop right in and splash around
in the water that was starting to collect at the bottom.
I recommend Southern Pool Plasterers for any pool or tile work.
They were fast, did what they said they would do, and their work is high
quality. When we ran into the snag at the beginning and needed all new
tile, I was expecting it to delay the job for several days. This was not the
case at all. They got to work and completed the job in a timely manner.
Ron walked around to make the first inspection.
We turned on the lights for a quick test.
My camera battery went out just when the water was noticeably deeper.
You know what that means...more photos tomorrow!
Leave your guess as to how long you think it will take for the water to completely
fill this gargantuan pool. I'll even give you a prize if you guess the closest...
Can you say...POOL PARTY!

I really like the new color scheme. Looks good.
I like it too! I'm guessing 2 and 1/2 days (60 hours).
How many hours? I've never seen your pool in person, but based on the pictures I estimated the volume of your pool in cubic feet, gallons of water in a cubic foot (about 7.48) a water flow rate of about 250gallons/hr (this would depend on your water pressure)and came out with a time of just under 27 hours. So, I'll say 27 hours. If you started at 2pm today, it should be done at 5pm-ish tomorrow.
Wow Shauna! Your pool looks real nice! I hope you and your gang enjoy it!
My guess is 36 hours. Just a guess...just a simple guess.
How chic it looks now... I love it... and bet it looks amazingly fabulous in person! Does it make you feel like you have a whole new "look" now back there? I have no idea about pool filling so I will guess 2 1/2 days... I dunno :)
Is that pool filled up yet?
