Megan has spoken some profound words this week regarding Ron and Me.
On Ron...she said, "My dad is old enough to be a Grandpa, but he is just a Dad!" To that I say... she is so blessed to have Just The Dad she has! I am sure I will use this line in a lesson, talk, or, presentation sometime in the future. Mr Ron is a wonderful example of being "Just A Dad".On me....it is not such a pretty picture...When writing sentences for her Vocabulary Words this week, she wrote, (and apparently told the entire 3rd grade class) "My mom is a PACK RAT!" Yes, PACK RAT was her vocabulary word and MY OFFICE gave her a complete reason to use ME in her description. For someone who usually is on top of clutter and junk...my office is a borderline FIRE HAZARD!
She speaks the truth and it is hard to take! Of course...nothing she has written to this point can top this Proud Moment.
