The Best Twenty Minutes

While My Arms Will Still Lift To Help Me Type...
I totally recommend this 30 Day Shred DVD...Every minute is packed full for a very effective workout. You would not see or feel this result after an hour on the Treadmill. I would recommend doing this DVD combined with another half hour of something like Treadmill, Cycling, etc.
In case you are wondering, like I was, No, Jillian is not potty-mouthed on this DVD like she is on The Biggest Loser. She is easy to workout with. Easy, is a relative term here.
