It takes a SHOE QUEEN to understand another SHOE QUEEN. After all, I totally "get" wanting to center your Halloween Costume around shoes, which is exactly what Katherine did. She saw the Platform Groovy Shoes and the Costume followed. (Finding the Disco Ball Earrings sealed the deal....a Groovy Girl was born!)
Halloween is tomorrow and we have been partying all week long in anticipation!
