Easy As Pie

Megan makes amazing pies!
Fresh Strawberry has been the latest pleasure.
I am 51 years old and still not confident in the 
"Pie-Crust-Making" Department.
The above was her first attempt and below is her latest. 
She clearly does not have my fear of making Pie Crust.
Her pies are beautiful and tasty.
Megan would want me to note that the shirt she is wearing below is
her FAVORITE. She wore it home from Utah and only removes it for 
necessary maintenance. 
 This is one of the best Pie Crust recipes ever, which is saying something from a person who does not like Pie Crust. It is The Lion House Pie Crust using butter-flavored Crisco. So tasty and easy to handle. 
You had better eat this for Breakfast if you are going to be gone all day...
chances are there won't be a slice when you return in the evening. 
Ask Ron...he will confirm this as truth.
