Eggs From Poland
My Favorite inside spring decorations are my hand painted wooden eggs from Poland. I only wish I would have purchased more of these beautiful eggs while I was visiting Poland. More Eggs and a Painted Carved Wood Nativity Set to add to my collection are the things I wish wish I would have purchased. It was a lesson in "buy it when you see it"-- you really won't be returning here any time soon... Fun memories are attached to purchasing these eggs. Each spring I unpack them, I am taken back to shopping in Krakow with my sister close at hand to protect me from getting taken advantage of when making a purchase. For 10 days, she was an awesome hostess and tour guide, showing us Poland and all the sights like a native.

Search the word Pysanky on Ebay and you will come up with several hundred listings. You have a major importer right there in Florida. Do you like the traditional "real chicken egg" variety or the more modern wooden variety? Love to know what you think if you look through.
Love this post!
I read it wrong, I see that you like the wooden ones. Me too.
Love that Jenni, I would adore having her show me her beloved Poland. :)
